Tax Forms & Resources
Hudson Public Library carries several Federal and Massachusetts State Income Tax forms and publications. Other tax forms may be searched online and printed at the library.
Please note: For legal reasons, the library staff are not able to answer specific tax questions; please consult your tax preparer for questions about your tax filing.
If you plan on filing electronically: You may use the library's public computer stations for online tax preparation. However, the security and privacy of your information cannot be guaranteed, and it is always a possibility that technical issues beyond the library's control may interrupt or otherwise cause problems with the process. More importantly, the library cannot guarantee that you will have adequate time to finish your work, and some tax websites do not allow you to save your progress.
Tax Forms at the Library
Each year during tax season, Hudson Public Library offers a supply of commonly used state and federal income tax forms and instructions to the public. The forms are free while supplies last.
The IRS will be providing only the following federal forms to libraries:

Includes Schedules 1, 2, 3, and LEP - Spanish IRS Form 1040 and 1040-SR

Massachusetts Booklet Contents
The Library is also able to make copies of Forms and Schedules from the IRS website by request.
Both the IRS and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue are strongly encouraging obtaining tax forms online and are thus sending fewer hard copies to the Library.
All forms and instructions may be printed from the library's Internet computers. Printing forms from online and/or copying from the publication of Reproducible Copies of Federal Tax Forms and Instructions costs $0.20 per page.
