Overview

The Planning Board is responsible for reviewing and permitting development proposals in the Town. This five-member elected Board reviews permit applications for subdivisions and some special permits (in the Downtown Zoning District), and it is designated as the authority for Site Plan Review approvals. All Planning Board applications for a Definitive Subdivision, Preliminary Subdivision, Site Plan Review, Approval Not Required, Special Permit for Downtown Zoning District Uses are submitted online only via the Open Gov Platform.

Meetings

  • 7 pm: 1st Tuesday and 3rd Thursday
  • Senior Center or via Zoom (check agenda for meeting location)
