75 Reed Road Press Release (PDF)
The Town of Hudson announces that National Development, the current owner of record of the former Intel campus located at 75 Reed Road, has filed an application for Site Plan Review with the Hudson Planning Board. The filing will initiate the formal permitting process for a proposed redevelopment of the +/- 148-acre parcel to allow for the development of an industrial campus totaling approximately +/-950,000 square feet. The predicted assessed future tax revenue of this redevelopment project for the Town is valued at $3 million annually.
Additional information, including application materials and presentation documents, will be posted on the online Planning Board page of the website at: https://www.townofhudson.org/674/Planning-Board
While no tenant has yet been identified, National Development is seeking approval to establish the development envelope and associated mitigation necessary to support future industrial users permitted under Hudson’s zoning framework. The forthcoming Site Plan Review will include a comprehensive evaluation of several key technical and operational components, including: transportation and traffic impacts; noise attenuation strategies; and stormwater management.
The Hudson Planning Board will open the first public hearing on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Hudson High School Auditorium. The meeting will be broadcast live by HUD TV and made available for later viewing on its public access online channels. The Town encourages residents, abutters, and other stakeholders to participate in the public review process.
