The Hudson Health Department works to promote the health and wellness of our residents through the prevention and control of disease and injury. The Department is guided by the Hudson Board of Health.

Hudson Youth Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition (YSAP)
The community of Hudson will work to measurably transform adolescent substance use by building community capacity and supporting substance abuse prevention, early intervention, and treatment.

In 2012, the Hudson Health Department engaged various community stakeholders and formed the Hudson Youth Substance Abuse Coalition.

Hudson Health Department maintains a Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) unit, as a part of the larger Massachusetts Region 4A Medical Reserve Corps.

A well maintained septic system removes pollutants, preventing contamination from entering groundwater.

Transfer Station
The Town of Hudson contracts with B-P Trucking, Inc. to operate our Transfer Station, which is located at 300 Cox Street.

Unwanted / Expired Medications
Unwanted/expired medications can be safely disposed of 24/7 in the lobby of the Police Station (911 Municipal Drive).
