  1. Alcohol License - Single Event

The Town of Hudson issues Single Event Alcohol Licenses under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 138 Section 14

A Single Event Alcohol License must be obtained if any of the following are true:

  • The event is open to the public 
  • The event is being held on public property
  • Sale of alcohol or tickets that include the price of alcohol
  • Private event held at a venue that does not hold an Alcohol License (not at a private residence)

Single Event Beer & Wine Licenses are available to all individuals or organizations

Single Event All Alcohol Licenses are limited to non-profit groups.

      • Email Local Licensing Authority (SBLicensing@townofhudson.org) and Police Chief (RDipersio@townofhudson.org) with a copy of Caterer's License, proof of Liquor Liability Insurance, and Emergency Contact for event.
