Finance Operations Action Plan

The Finance Operations Action Plan shown below was developed collaboratively with input from the Finance Director, Treasurer/Collector, and the Town Manager’s Office to establish and track specific action items with a goal toward improving the financial operations of the Town.  The Plan has two parts: a summary of each of the action items, the departments responsible for completion, next immediate steps, and dates for completion.  The second part provides a more detailed description of each of the action items with specific tasks within each action item required for completion.

The Finance Operations Action Plan will be an evolving document as progress occurs on each of the action items, and these documents will be routinely updated and shown on this webpage.
