Hudson Transfer Station Project Minor Modification to Site Assignment
On 12/15/25, the Hudson Board of Health officially received a Request for Minor Modification to Site Assignment from B-P Trucking, Inc. in accordance with M.G.L. 310 CMR 16.00. B-P Trucking currently operates a Transfer Station on Town-owned property at 1 Municipal Drive/300 Cox Street.
The application, supporting materials, and hearing schedule are available for public review below under Related Documents, as well as at the Hudson Health Department Office at Town Hall, 1st floor, 78 Main Street during normal business hours. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Tuesday 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 111, Section 150A and 310 CMR 16.00, the Hudson Board of Health will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, starting at 6:00 PM at the Hudson High School Auditorium at 69 Brigham Street Hudson, MA 01749 to consider the application. If necessary, the hearing will continue on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 6:00 PM, and at such later times as determined by the Board of Health.
